Why does wireless CarPlay keep disconnecting?+
- Confirm your phone's WiFi and Bluetooth are both on, with no access restrictions blocking the connection.
- Re-pair the phone: forget the Tbox's Bluetooth/WiFi name on your phone, then reconnect from scratch.
- Use a short, high-quality USB cable — avoid USB hubs or cables longer than 80cm.
- Restart your phone if the issue persists after re-pairing.
My wired CarPlay keeps dropping when connected to Tbox. What should I check?+
